Billy Hays

Billy Hays has extensive experience in both spiritual and entrepreneurial roles. Serving as a Visiting Clergy and Homeless Chaplain at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas since March 2015, Billy also holds the position of Licensed Independent Minister with the National Association of Christian Ministers since 2014. Billy is active as a member of the Homeless Church and has been the owner of BHE AutoParts Broker since July 2011, where a nationwide hotline for automobile parts procurement was developed. As a Pastor with Lifted-Up Outreach and formerly as a Sales and Office Manager at Best Import Auto Salvage and Warehouse Supervisor at Goodwill Industries, Billy has demonstrated leadership in various capacities. Previous experience includes roles as Chaplain at Red River General Hospital, Sr. Pastor at Word of God Fellowship Church, and Military Police Investigator in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Texas Christian University and a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Georgetown University.
