Delton Carter

Delton Carter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction industry, serving as the Owner of Carter and Associates Management Group since June 2000, and holding certifications as an RMO, QSP, and CESSWI. In addition to managing a general engineering contracting business, Delton has been an Ordained Minister with the National Association of Christian Ministers since January 2019 and a Team Member with Bethel Global Disaster Response since November 2014, advocating for disaster-affected individuals. Delton has held various roles, including General Superintendent at KDC Construction and Superintendent at multiple companies such as S W Allen Construction Inc and Doyon Project Services. Additionally, Delton was a Land Development Manager at D.R. Horton and gained early experience as a Grading and Structures Foreman at Teichert. Educational background includes attendance at American River College and several high schools within the region.
