Latosha McNeal

LaTosha McNeal has worked at NACUBO since 2007, starting as a Senior Manager for Business Development and then moving up to the position of Senior Director for Business Development in February 2021. Prior to working at NACUBO, McNeal worked at The Virginian-Pilot from 2004 to 2007, first as an Advertising Sales Coordinator and then as a Legal Advertising Representative.

LaTosha McNeal pursued their bachelor's degree in Mass Communications at Virginia State University from 1998 to 2002.
