Sterlicia Rodney

Sterlicia Rodney is currently an Executive Assistant at the National Association of College and University Business Officers. Sterlicia has previously worked as a Development Associate at the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, and as a candidate for the District of Columbia's Advisory Neighborhood Commission (ANC) 6E position.

Sterlicia has a passion for helping others and promoting health and wellness. In their role as Development Associate, they launched a new program called Every Woman, Every Baby, which provided nursing scholarships and research to promote healthier women, safer pregnancies, stronger babies, and the best prepared nurses. Sterlicia also processed and acknowledged charitable donations, corporate matching gifts, and grants.

In their role as Executive Assistant, Sterlicia coordinates calendars and schedule quarterly committee meetings, conferences, and symposia. Sterlicia also assists Industry Relations in maximizing benefits for convention sponsors and exhibitors.

Sterlicia Rodney received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Marymount University in the field of Business Administration and Management, General.
