Deila Davis MPP, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Deila Davis is currently the Director of Public Policy Operations at the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) as well as the Deputy Director of Federal Affairs. In these roles, they are responsible for overseeing public policy operations and advocating for corporate positions on legislative and regulatory issues.

Prior to their current positions, Deila worked at Access Community Health Network as the Director of Government Affairs. Deila Davis began their career as a Policy Analyst in the Office of Detroit Council Member Nicholas Hood III, where they provided counsel on legislative, government affairs, and public administration issues. Deila Davis also analyzed complex economic development agreements and authored articles, position papers, press releases, and resolutions.

Deila Davis obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a dual major in Public Policy and Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University. Finally, they furthered their education by earning a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree with a specialization in Public Policy from the University of Michigan - Rackham Graduate School.
