Don Weaver serves as the Associate Medical Officer at the National Association of Community Health Centers and has been with the organization since July 2017, where also holds the position of Senior Advisor for Clinical Workforce. With extensive experience in community health, Don Weaver contributes to the development and implementation of strategies that enhance the clinical workforce and improve health services across community health centers.

As a leading national health care advocacy organization, the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) supports community-based health centers and the expansion of quality and cost-effective health care for the medically underserved and uninsured. NACHC conducts research and analysis that informs the public about the work of health centers and their value to the American health care system at the local, state and national levels. It also provides training and technical assistance to health center staff and boards to help support and strengthen their operations and governance.
