Jesus De Los Santos has over 10 years of experience in the information technology field. Jesus started their career in 2004 as an IT Manager at Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, where they were responsible for maintaining the network, databases, servers, and desktops. Jesus also handled backups, disaster recovery, and network security. In 2010, Jesus joined the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), initially as a Network Administrator and later as a Network Manager. In these roles, they managed the corporate LAN, implemented policies and procedures for network resource administration, and conducted research on network products and services. Finally, in 2017, Jesus became the Director of Information Technology at NACHC, overseeing the overall policies and goals of the Information Technology Department and leading efforts to improve the effective use of technology.
Jesus De Los Santos attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Their field of study was Computer Information Systems and Management.

It also provides training and technical assistance to health center staff and boards to help support and strengthen their operations and governance.
