Dorina Tota

Dorina Tota is a Tech Support Specialist at the National Association of Counties. Dorina has over 9 years of experience in the IT field.

Dorina started their career as an IT Specialist at the Municipality of Tirana in April 2014. Dorina then became the IT Manager at the Democratic Party of Albania in September 2015. In January 2012, they started working at the National Agency of Information Society/Agjencia Kombëtare e Shoqërisë së Informacionit as an IT Specialist.

Dorina has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Tirana.

They are on a team with Kimberly Ransom - Technology Network Program Manager, Farhana Fayaz - IT Project Manager. Dorina Tota reports to Abbas Al Husseini, IT Director.
