Janet Fernandes

Janet is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the finance department, including carrying out general accounting duties and managing accounting staff. Prior to joining NACo, Janet served as the controller at the National Association of Attorneys General and at Omega World Travel, Inc. She has experience with grant and financial reporting, budgets and investment portfolio reconciliation. Janet holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and auditing and a master’s degree in business administration.
