Kevin Carr is the current Center Operations Manager at the National Association of Counties. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in production management and office services management. Kevin has coordinated workflow schedules across 4 print facilities and has developed and trained staff on operating and quality control procedures. Kevin has also provided cost estimates utilizing the Printing Electronic Tickets System to maintain accurate pricing on all work requests. Kevin has served as the initial point of contact for classified print requests and has coordinated cleared staff for production assignments. Kevin has also used their functional expertise to ensure print production of multi-volume, multi-million dollar proposals in less than 24 hours. Kevin has saved their company $50K - $75K by moving binder tab printing in-house and has teamed with File Maker management team to develop an updated tab ordering website/database to simplify customer, staff, and vendor use. Kevin has also negotiated and maintained vendor contracts for supplies and has coordinated equipment purchases while identifying cost-saving options for the company. Kevin has also organized full-service corporate communications center at a remote location for 5 annual Worldwide Partners Meetings. Kevin has liaised with management staff, building engineers, and moving contractors to resolve all facility maintenance issues.
