Spencer Bridgers

Spencer works as the program director for revenue recovery in NACo's Financial Services Center. She has previously worked for the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, the United States Council for International Business and the Global Apprenticeships Network.

Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in American History from the University of North Carolina and a master’s degree in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.
