Tim Brown

Tim is NACo’s managing director of the Public Promise Agency (PPI). He is responsible for the day-to-day business development and administrative oversight of PPI. In addition, Tim will work with NACo partner Gallagher to ensure NACo develops a best-in-class program for voluntary benefits for counties and other public agencies.

Before joining NACo, Tim served as vice president of the public sector practice with Gallagher Insurance Agency. Prior to that, he held a variety of leadership positions with Aetna Insurance, including vice president of group benefits sales. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in managerial economics from the University of Texas.
