Dave Gilmore

Dave Gilmore is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Communications at the National Association of Head Teachers since January 2016. With a strong background in advancing educational and equality initiatives, Dave has previously held positions such as Interim Head of Communications and Engagement at the Equality Challenge Unit and Head of Communications at the National Union of Students, where responsibilities included strategic communication and organizational rebranding. Earlier roles include leading communication efforts within student governance and union development, alongside foundational experience as an Activities Co-ordinator at Kent Union and leadership positions at the University of Chichester Students' Union. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Media from the University of Chichester.
