Shelley Powell, BSN, MHA, CPHQ, CPPS, currently serves as the NAHQ Navigator at the National Association for Healthcare Quality, focusing on improving quality and safety in healthcare organizations. With extensive experience at SSM Health, Shelley held multiple leadership positions, including Clinical Onboarding Coordinator, Senior Manager of Quality and Safety, System Manager of Clinical Quality, and System Patient Safety Manager.
