Frank Perna, CAE, ICE-CCP, currently serves as the Director of Certification at the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) since November 2021. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Director of Certification Development at the National Roofing Contractors Association from March 2020 to November 2021. Frank's extensive experience in certification test development spans over a decade, including a Senior Manager role at the Association for Supply Chain Management from September 2008 to March 2020, and various positions at APICS from September 2008 to January 2015, including Manager of Test Development and EMEA Regional Certification Coordinator. Frank is an alumnus of DePaul University.
