Deborah Jackson

Deborah Jackson, MSW, serves as the Voucher Issuance & Mobility Supervisor and Community Navigator/Service Counts Coordinator at the DC Housing Authority since August 2015, where responsibilities include consulting with residents and property managers to ensure proper service delivery and advocacy for available resources. Concurrently, Deborah is a faculty member at the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, actively engaging in classroom discussions and professional development. Prior experience includes serving as the Family Self Sufficiency/Service Coordinator at the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County from July 2010 to August 2015, overseeing the HCV FSS Coordinator and managing eligibility briefings for homeownership.
