Kevin Colvin

Kevin Colvin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and network management. Currently serving as a Senior Network Administrator at the National Association of Letter Carriers since April 2023, Kevin previously held roles at NALC Health Benefit Plan for Employees and Staff, including System Administrator, Systems Quality Assurance Analyst, and Customer Service Analyst, where responsibilities ranged from managing user desktops to overseeing claims processing systems and ensuring financial accuracy. Kevin’s earlier positions involved extensive coordination on claims pricing and fraud detection, utilizing the AS400 claims system to maintain operational efficiency. Additionally, Kevin served in the US Navy Reserve as a Quarter Master Second Class Petty Officer, where leadership and training management were key responsibilities. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American Military University.
