Colleen Whiting Scheele has a diverse work experience in tax, policy, and legislative roles. Colleen Whiting is currently serving as the Director of Tax and Financial Policy at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), advising member companies and trade association staff on tax and fiscal policies. Colleen Whiting is responsible for representing and supporting the CEO and senior leadership on international policy affairs. Prior to this, Colleen worked as a Senior Tax Consultant at FORVIS, where they guided clients through credits and incentives opportunities and developed guidance on cryptocurrency tax issues. Colleen Whiting has also worked as a Tax Policy Analyst and Tax Attorney at the Indiana Department of Revenue and as a Research Assistant on Opioid Legislation at Indiana University Robert H.
