Jen Fritsch is an accomplished event management professional with a robust background in the hospitality and event planning sectors. Since June 2018, Jen has held various roles at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), currently serving as Senior Event Manager. Prior experience includes positions such as Crowne Meetings Director at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts and Sales Coordinator at Homewood Suites by Hilton. Jen's extensive experience also encompasses roles at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Vision Event Management, and Indiana University RPS, among others. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management, along with a minor in Business from Indiana University Bloomington, where education was completed from 2011 to 2015.

Founded in 1895, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC) is a full-service national trade association serving the property/casualty insurance industry with more than 1,400 member companies that underwrite nearly 40 percent of the property/casualty insurance premium in the United States. NAMIC members are small farm mutual companies, state and regional insurance companies, risk retention groups, national writers, reinsurance companies, and international insurance giants.
