Ginger Willis

Ginger Willis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ginger is currently the Owner and Lead Organizer at Element of Fun Organizing, a position they have held since 2017. In 2020, Ginger became the President of the Georgia Chapter of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals), where they lead the Board of Directors and oversees strategic plans implementation. Prior to this role, Ginger served as the Treasurer of NAPO Georgia from 2019 to 2020, managing financial accounts and completing crucial financial tasks. In 2018, they were the Director of Membership at NAPO Georgia, responsible for overseeing all membership activities. Ginger also has experience as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Sims Patrick Studio, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, and as a Designer from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Ginger has held positions at NEWH Atlanta as the Internet Communications Chair from 2010 to 2012, and at Studio Rouge Interiors as a Developer of Design and Design Intern in 2010. Ginger began their career as a Design Intern at Smart Associates, LTD in 2009.

Ginger Willis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have also received several certifications. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals from Lynda.com. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Getting Things Done, also from Lynda.com. Most recently, in 2020, they received a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging for All, again from Lynda.com.
