Bonnie Stetz

Director, Conference Experience Strategy at National Association of Realtors

Bonnie Stetz, CMP has a strong background in conference experience strategy and management. Bonnie has worked as the Director of Conference Experience Strategy at the National Association of REALTORS® since 2018, where they have led the design of engaging and personalized conference experiences. Prior to this, Bonnie worked as the National Conference Program Manager at the same organization.

Before joining the National Association of REALTORS®, Bonnie worked as an Account Manager at Planstone Group, where they developed trusted relationships with clients in the medical education industry and ensured successful delivery of software solutions. Bonnie also served as the Education Products Manager at the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPM&R), where they managed educational programming and product development.

In addition, Bonnie has experience in event management and training. Bonnie worked as the Manager of the Institutes & Seminars Department at Lions Clubs International, where they planned and evaluated leadership institutes worldwide and collaborated with instructional design teams. Bonnie also worked as a Show Coordinator at the National Marine Manufacturers Association, where they managed strategic business and marketing plans for shows.

Bonnie began their career as a Promotions Assistant at WNND 100.3 FM.

Bonnie Stetz, CMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Associates of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of DuPage between 1997 and 1999. In 2010, Bonnie obtained the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council.
