Crystal Riley is an experienced payroll professional with a diverse background in payroll management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Payroll and Tax Manager at the National Association of REALTORS® since August 2022, Crystal has previously held significant roles such as Payroll Operations Manager at After School Matters and Payroll Leader at NORC at the University of Chicago. Crystal's career in payroll began at ADP as a Payroll Support Specialist, progressing through various supervisory roles at SurePayroll/Paychex and ultimately establishing a strong foundation in payroll operations. Crystal holds a degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
