Paula Fauth

Paula Fauth, CEM, CMP, currently serves as the Director of National Sales for the National Association of REALTORS® since January 2021. Prior to this role, Paula was a Global Project Manager at ConferenceDirect, where responsibilities included enhancing event management and client services. From November 2013 to September 2019, Paula worked with the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals, overseeing logistical elements of educational events and business development initiatives. Freelance work in trade show consultancy and a role as National Director of Business Development at MC2 Events Exhibits Environments showcased Paula’s expertise in innovative event solutions. Earlier experience included a Show Director position at Hall-Erickson, specializing in event management, and Director of Sales & Marketing at the Audit Bureau of Circulations. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
