Rahkiya A. R. currently serves as the MD/DC Communications Leader for the Residential Real Estate Council and is a member of the Young Professional Network Advisory Board for the National Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, Rahkiya is the Principal Broker at Visionary Investment Partners Realty and the Founder and CEO of L&L Metro Professional Services. With experience on the Member Board of Directors at both the Capital Area REALTORS® Federal Credit Union and the Prince George's Association of REALTORS®, Rahkiya has contributed to strategic planning and enhancing member benefits. Previous roles include Associate Broker and Real Estate Salesperson/Agent Recruiter at Keller Williams Preferred Properties, a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Lockheed Martin, and a Data Analyst at PwC. Rahkiya's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Howard University and multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Computer and Information Systems Security/Project Management from Strayer University.
