Shannon O'Neill Victor

Shannon O'Neill Victor currently serves as the Marketing Manager for Events at the National Association of REALTORS® since June 2023. Previously, leadership was provided as Account Director at mdg from January to November 2022, guiding marketing campaigns for various clients, including associations and events. Shannon held the position of Director of Marketing at Lincoln Park Zoo from July 2018 to June 2020, achieving a significant increase in brand awareness. Prior experience includes Marketing Manager for Tourism at the Museum of Science and Industry and Marketing and PR Associate at Victory Gardens Theater. Additionally, Shannon began a career at The Second City, taking on various roles from June 2000 to April 2008. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Film/Broadcasting and Theater from Marquette University.
