Susan Cross

Susan Cross is currently the Manager of Business Meetings and Events at National Association of REALTORS®. Prior to this role, Susan served as a Meeting Event Planner consultant and as the Events & Meetings Director at National Council of Structural Engineers Associations. With a background as the Director of Communications at the National Association of Concessionaires, Susan has experience in administrative management, meeting planning, and marketing. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Journalism from Eastern Illinois University and an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Kaskaskia College.
