Dr. Shannon Devlin

Dr. Shannon Devlin possesses extensive experience in school psychology, counseling, and education, currently serving as a School Psychologist at Windsor High School and as a Member of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. Active as a National Trainer for PREPaRE through the National Association of School Psychologists, Dr. Devlin also instructs at Aims Community College's Police Academy. Previous roles include Graduation Outreach Specialist at Laramie County School District #1 and various positions at Weld County School District 6, where contributions included serving as School Counselor, School Psychologist, and District Crisis Team Co-Chair. Earlier experience includes working as a School Psychologist at Educational Service Unit 10 and a Residence Hall Director at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Dr. Devlin holds a Ph.D. in School Psychology and multiple master’s degrees, including Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
