Karl Thielking is an experienced educational leadership consultant at KRT Leadership LLC since June 2018, offering consulting, mentoring, and professional development for K-12 education. Thielking serves as the New York State Coordinator for the National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) since December 2015, advocating for student and colleague needs at the federal level. Previously, Thielking was the Principal of Pittsford Mendon High School from September 2000 to July 2018, leading a school recognized as one of the highest performing in the nation. Thielking held the position of President of the School Administrators Association of New York State (SAANYS) from October 2012 to October 2013 and has been a board member since 2004.
