Felicia Gibbs

Felicia Gibbs is an experienced professional with a strong background in workforce services and public administration. Currently serving as a Project Manager at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies since January 2023, Felicia previously held multiple roles at the Kansas Department of Commerce from August 2007 to January 2023, including Reemployment Connections Manager, Workforce Services Supervisor, and Workforce Services Specialist. Earlier in their career, Felicia worked as a Social Worker for the County of Riverside from 2003 to 2006. Felicia holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Pitzer College.
