Jennifer Mosby

Jennifer Mosby is an experienced Lead Instructional Designer at the National Association of State Workforce Agencies, with a tenure beginning in December 2014. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions as a Senior Instructional Designer and Manager of Instructional Design from November 2009 to November 2013, where the design and development of blended learning courses for adult education and junior college instructors were key responsibilities. Jennifer also served as a Senior Instructional Designer at SAIC from 2006 to 2009, focusing on the creation of instructor-led software training courses for financial and timekeeping systems. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from California State University-San Bernardino.
