Mary Jean Roovers

Mary Jean Roovers is a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in audit, tax, and accounting. Currently retired since August 2021, Mary Jean previously served as the Accounting Manager at the National Association of Tax Professionals, overseeing the accounting staff and handling financial reporting and audits. Prior to that, Mary Jean was the Chief Financial Officer at the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, ensuring compliance with fiscal management practices and developing financial records for reporting and audits. Additional experience includes working as an Accountant at Dean Distributing, Inc., where responsibilities included financial statement preparation and tax return filings. Mary Jean holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
