Melinda Spinks

Melinda Spinks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Proficiency Testing Australia and as General Manager of Business Services at the National Association of Testing Authorities, Australia, since August 2016, Melinda has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic plans, overseeing various business units, and driving operational excellence. Prior to these roles, Melinda held positions such as Manager of People and Organisational Effectiveness, Business Manager at Executive Assistant Network, and General Manager at Milsons People Recruitment. Melinda is a graduate of AGSM @ UNSW Business School, holds a CPA Accountancy qualification, and earned a Bachelor of Business Degree in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney.
