Tsuzuki Toshihiro is a Research Engineer and Optical Engineering team leader at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan since February 2013, specializing in the development of optical designs for various astronomical instruments, alongside conducting performance analysis and collaborating with vendors for design validation. Prior to this, Tsuzuki worked at Olympus from April 2009 to December 2012, where responsibilities included designing digital camera zoom lenses and performing competitive optical performance assessments. Tsuzuki holds a master's degree in physics from Osaka University, acquired between 2001 and 2009.
