Allison Vogt

Chief Strategy Integration Officer at National Audubon Society

Allison Vogt joined Audubon in July 2021 in the role of interim Chief of Staff. Allison will assist interim CEO Elizabeth Gray on day-to-day management of the Executive office at Audubon.

For the past seven years, Allison has served as the Deputy Executive Director for The Nature Conservancy’s Maryland/DC state program where she leads a team of scientists, policy specialists, and on-the-ground practitioners focused on land and water conservation. Prior to joining The Nature Conservancy, Allison led multiple public-private bird conservation partnerships. From 2011-2014, she served as the Partnership Coordinator for both the U.S. Committee of the North American Bird Conservation Initiative and the Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies’ Bird Conservation program. Her introduction to the bird conservation came in 2006 as the first Coordinator of the East Gulf Coastal Plain Joint Venture, a partnership to guide conservation investments for birds across that ecoregion.

Allison holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Notre Dame and both a Masters in Ecology and Certificate of Non-Profit Management from the University of Georgia.
