Camilla Cerea

Camilla Cerea's work experience includes working as a Photo Editor/Photographer at the National Audubon Society starting in July 2014. In this role, they were responsible for photo research, editing, retouching, and managing the organization's Digital Asset Management system. Camilla also worked closely with the Senior Web Editor to publish photos and art for the website.

Prior to their position at the National Audubon Society, Camilla worked as a Staff Photographer at The Lir - National Academy of Dramatic Art in Ireland from December 2012 to May 2013. Camilla also worked as a Photographer at Kairós Magazine from September 2011 to April 2013.

Camilla Cerea has a diverse education history that highlights their passion for the arts and visual media. Camilla began their formal education at the Università Statale di Milano from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in cultural heritage science with a specialization in the history of art.

In 2011, Camilla pursued their interest in theater photography and enrolled in the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala for a Master's degree in theater photography. This program provided their with a focused education in capturing the essence of live performances through visual storytelling.

Later, in 2013 and 2014, Camilla attended the International Center of Photography, where they honed their skills in documentary photography and photojournalism. This experience allowed their to delve deeper into the world of capturing real-life stories and events through the lens of a camera.

Through their varied educational background, Camilla Cerea has gained a strong foundation in art history, theater photography, documentary photography, and photojournalism. Their range of expertise suggests a well-rounded and versatile photographer with a passion for the visual arts.
