Jessica Hellmann

Jessica Hellmann is the Director at National Audubon Society. Jessica has over 6 years of experience in the talent acquisition field.

Jessica started their career as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at The Y in Central Maryland. Jessica was quickly promoted to Recruitment Supervisor and then to Talent Acquisition Manager at The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region. In 2018, Jessica joined Board of Child Care as their Chief Human Resources Officer.

Jessica is passionate about their work and takes great pride in helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities build better lives one person at a time.

Jessica Hellmann earned a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Immaculata University. Jessica then went on to earn a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from The Catholic University of America.
