Phyllis Ng

Phyllis Ng has a diverse work experience starting in 1992 as a PC Consultant at Baruch College. In this role, they monitored the computer lab, installed software and hardware, and troubleshooted computer-related problems.

In 1995, Phyllis joined The Leslie Fay Companies Inc as a Merchandising/Planning Coordinator. During their time there, they improved their manual documentation system by implementing personal computers and integrating them with the IBM AS/400 system. Phyllis also performed data entry tasks.

Later in 1995, Phyllis joined the National Audubon Society as a Systems Specialist - Level II. Initially starting as a computer operator, they provided day-to-day maintenance and operations for the UNIX (Alpha) system. Phyllis became one of the organization's system administrators, supervising three helpdesk staff members and managing the help desk's operations.
