David MacEdone

David Macedone has over two decades of experience in financial services, specializing in foreign exchange (FX), rates, and commodities. Currently serving as Director of Corporate & Institutional Sales at National Australia Bank since 2006, David provides markets risk management solutions to ASX Top 200 and multinational clients, focusing on structured hedging solutions and derivatives. Prior to this role, David was a Director of FX Sales at Westpac Banking Corporation, where responsibilities included coverage for corporate clients in Sydney and Singapore, along with notable secondments to New York. David began the career as a Senior FX Relationship Manager at ANZ Investment Bank, specializing in FX structured sales across major Australian cities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance & Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia, and an Executive Education program in Persuasion from Columbia Business School.
