Divij Phadnis

Divij Phadnis is an experienced testing professional with a career spanning over 19 years in various roles within the quality assurance and testing domain. Currently serving as Test Director at NAB since July 2023, Divij has held significant positions such as Senior Test Consultant at Colonial First State and Enterprise Business Transformation Senior Test Consultant at IFM Investors. Previous roles include Program Test Manager at AMP, QA Manager at DST Systems, and Software QA Manager at Plum. Divij's experience also encompasses managerial positions at ANZ, including SIT Manager on a Mortgage Remediation project, along with a background as QA Test Lead at both National Australia Bank and Telstra. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, complemented by earlier academic achievements in science and secondary education.
