Elissa Stanyer

Elissa Stanyer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management, project management, and communications across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Community Manager at NAB since February 2019, Elissa has held multiple roles within the organization, including Project Manager for Future of Work and Inclusion and Associate Director of Employee Communications. In addition to work at NAB, Elissa has been a Fellow at Startmate since March 2021. Prior experience includes leadership positions with the City of Melbourne and Cricket Australia, where responsibility included managing premier events. Elissa's academic background features a Mastery of Business and Empathy from Small Giants Academy and a Career Qualification in Banking from FINSIA.
