Ellen Wong

Ellen Wong is a Talent Acquisition Associate at NAB, having started in October 2024, following experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Specialist at Norhart from January 2022 to September 2024. Previous roles include Freelance Teacher and Online Customer Support at inlingua Sprachschule Würzburg (May 2019 - January 2022), Business Partnering Consultant in People & Culture at RACV (September 2017 - March 2019), and Human Resources Coordinator at Tabulam and Templer Homes for the Aged Inc. Ellen also served as a Recruitment Administrator on a contract basis at Pace (VIC) Pty Ltd (November 2014 - June 2015) and Human Resources Manager at Hellenic Community Aged Care (June 2012 - October 2014). Ellen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Western Australia, completed in 2012, and attended the International School of Beijing and Methodist Ladies College prior to that.
