Gerrod Bland

Gerrod Bland serves as the Head of Digital at NAB, overseeing Digital, Data & Analytics and Corporate & Institutional Bank divisions since August 2010. Gerrod's extensive experience includes leadership roles in program direction, architecture governance, and stakeholder engagement across significant projects with a focus on integrating advanced technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives. Gerrod has a proven track record of architecting major platforms, such as the StarXchange program and Data Centre Transformation, and has managed multifaceted project teams to deliver complex IT solutions. Prior to NAB, Gerrod held positions at eBlueprint, the Department of Justice, and National Australia Bank, contributing to various high-impact projects and receiving notable recognition for successful implementations and team development. Gerrod holds multiple project management certifications and degrees, including a Bachelor of Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology.
