Jessica Dawson currently serves as the Head of GenAI Product Strategy at NAB, a role commenced in February 2023, and has also held the position of Head of Channel Strategy & CX. Prior to NAB, Jessica gained extensive experience at Optus from January 2017 to February 2023, advancing through various roles including Director of Customer Research & Insights and Associate Director of Customer Sentiment & Insights.
