Stephanie Srbinovski

Stephanie Srbinovski has extensive experience in program and product management within the financial sector, currently serving as the Program and Release Delivery Engineering Lead for Digital Mini-app Capabilities at NAB since December 2015. Previous roles at NAB include Head of Product Management for the Ada Data Lakehouse, where Stephanie was instrumental in implementing the organization's first Data Lakehouse and driving machine learning use cases. As a Senior Consultant in Ways of Working, Stephanie advanced Agile methodologies and facilitated the upskilling of over 10,000 colleagues. Additional experience includes leading demand forecasting and analytics for operational efficiency, overseeing the Futures and Asia Bonds Operations team, and working in customer fulfilment operations. Stephanie holds a background in market research from I-view and is a graduate of Wantirna College.
