Vi-Lam Truong is an experienced technology operations and quality engineering professional, currently serving as Manager of Technology Operations at NAB since December 2016. Truong has held various managerial roles within NAB, including Acting Head of Technology - Quality Engineering for several months in 2022. Prior to joining NAB, Truong worked as Manager of Test Automation at Property Exchange Australia Ltd and held multiple performance engineering positions in prominent companies such as Superpartners, RPM Solutions, and Origin Energy. With a solid foundation in information systems from the University of Melbourne, Truong has developed a diverse career spanning over two decades in technology and consulting roles, demonstrating expertise in performance and quality engineering.
