Erika Ahern Curran

Erika Ahern Curran serves as Chief Legal Officer at APCO Holdings, LLC since April 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from prior positions, including Vice President and General Counsel at Assurant from 2020 to 2023, and General Counsel at CNA National Warranty Corp from 2011 to 2020. At Allstate Insurance Company, where roles spanned from General Counsel for Allstate Dealer Services to Associate Counsel, Erika provided substantial legal guidance on various products and services while managing compliance teams and overseeing legal reviews.
