Laura Clark

Laura Clark has over 30 years of experience in various executive roles in the finance and operations sectors. Laura has served as Chief Financial Officer at National Auto Care since 2019, where they have successfully streamlined business operations to support growth and increase efficiencies. Prior to that, they were the President of Sears Home Improvement Products from 2016 to 2019, overseeing the strategic direction of the organization. From 2014 to 2016, Laura served as the CFO/COO of Sears Home Services. Laura also held the position of Senior Vice President/CFO at American Home Shield from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they were the Executive Vice President/CFO of Allstate Benefits from 2007 to 2010, where they focused on increasing company sales and returns. Laura also served in various roles at Allstate from 1987 to 2006, including VP of Finance. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven ability to drive bottom line profits and support business goals.

Laura Clark earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from St. John Fisher University in 1986. In 2000, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago. Additionally, Laura obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from AICPA in 2006. Laura also has a certification in Securities Licenses from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), obtained in 2001.
