Zachary Miller has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Zachary began their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled inbound calls and provided training to their peers. Zachary then progressed to the role of Customer Service Team Manager and later joined the Credit Card Services Executive Office, where they handled high-level customer complaints and worked with different departments to find resolutions. In 2015, Zachary transitioned to National Auto Care, where they initially worked as a Customer Service Specialist and then as a Claims Adjuster. In these roles, they approved and rejected claims and reached agreements with insured parties. Zachary then advanced to the position of Customer Service Supervisor, responsible for resolving customer issues and providing detailed information regarding agreements. Most recently, Zachary served as an Operations Manager before being promoted to their current role as Director of Operations at National Auto Care.
Zachary Miller attended Columbus State Community College from 2005 to 2007, studying Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, they obtained a Property and Casualty Insurance License from Hondros College.
