Stephen Pearce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio delivery, agile transformation, and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as SVP, Portfolio Delivery & Agile Transformation Leader at Bank of America, Stephen manages multi-year initiatives with significant client exposure and leads the design and implementation of enterprise Lean Portfolio Management applications. Prior roles at Bank of America include Senior Technology Manager, Business Support Manager, and Service Delivery Manager, where Stephen oversaw portfolio governance, operational risk, and financial leadership for technology teams. Experience also includes positions at Lincoln Harris and Grogan Associates, where Stephen managed construction projects and real estate integrations. Additionally, Stephen contributes as a Competition School Instructor for the National Auto Sport Association, providing high-performance driver education.
