Joseph Fleming

Joseph Fleming, PMP, has over a decade of experience in the automotive and logistics industries, currently serving as Manager of Industry Relations at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) since March 2018. In this role, Joseph manages the annual NADA Dealership Workforce Study, focusing on compensation, benefits, and retention trends in the automotive retail sector, while also acting as a subject matter expert on workforce data. Prior roles include Internet Sales Manager at Brown's Arlington Honda, where Joseph launched the first Business Development Center, and various positions at The Paxton Companies and the U.S. Department of State. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Tech.
